Smart software still needs accurate measurements. We designed our own calibration sheet and scan rig; printed ArUco markers let AI locate every point.

Printed in a day.

No more waiting for copper or aluminum molds. AI adds draft angles, places vent holes and hollows the back with ribs. Then the mold is 3D printed in a new heat-resistant resin.
